Slow Your Roll

If you’re like me, I’m sure you’ve been busier than a bee in a flower patch. So now, here we are, it’s the weekend, time to slow your roll.

Here are 5 ways to slow down:

1. Find a park bench, sit and observe life.

2. Go for a walk without direction.

3. Read a book in complete silence.

4. Take a candlelit bath.

5. Watch a foreign film in subtitles.

So what kind of things do you do to slow down that would make a good addition to this list?

Let me know in the comments.

Peace and love,

Clay
