What kind of stories do you tell yourself?

I’ve been thinking this week about the stories we tell ourselves so often that they become our truth, even if the story is as far away from the truth as can be. I’ve been questioning some of my own stories lately.

Like the story I’ve been telling myself about my relationship to spirituality among other things.

So this piece here from Les Brown is pretty good. Btw, he’s a good looking 70 something-year-old man!
