There are number of books that fall into the life changing category but I will start at the beginning. Biggles was a series that was written by Captain W.E. Johns from the 1930’s to the 1960’s. Very much of the authors time and experiences it tells the story of our hero ace pilot James Bigglesworth, the series starts with his exploits in World War One and then continues with him as a detective working for Scotland Yard. I started reading them at the age of eleven and was hooked! It was the first time a read and the words flowed along. I wonder how many people remember that first moment?

Of course I have read a lot more since then end I might have a think and do a separate post of books that impact to me and others.
