  1. Timely podcast – thanks for some good discussion. Most of my team are getting a lot out of this particularly when they can mix remote and on site working, I have switched to manage more on outcomes (this would be a good episode to do).

    1. Managing by outcomes is the way to go. As long as the expectations, standards, and outcomes are clear, leave people to get the results working in accordance with their best self.
