Resilience and Dealing with Uncertainty

It’s always a pleasure when I get to spend some time with Coach Andy Chandler. We met on Zoom a couple of weeks into the lockdown in the UK to talk about how resilience was helping us cope with the situation especially the massive amounts of uncertainty.

As we enter week 8 of the lockdown, the sense of uncertainty has not abated even as the UK government has begun outlining the plan for reopening society.

I love Andy’d mindset. As he says it:

I am hardwired for optimism.

There are a lot of golden nuggets in this episode. Do listen.

Coach Clay.
